Some people love the sweet spice of cinnamon in their coffee

and some hate the idea. I've tried it in my moka this AM. Just a small pinch after I added the coffee. It smells good when its brewing and adds a subtle spice taste in my coffee. I loved it.

Try a pinch of spice in your Italian coffee....  I was thinking cardamon or cloves or a combination of all 3.
